Terms and Condition
> Price
– Shipping will become the responsibility of the buyer.
– All furniture price included with Finishing color, Glass ( no bevel ), Sponge, Fabric, Artificial Leather, Brass and Packing ( foam and single face / wrapping paper ).
– Furniture with paint finish, gold and silver leaf price are more expensive than stain finish.
Therefore, we will review all your order list that you have submit and propose change of prices for any items that made with paint finish, gold and silver leaf.
> Payment
We only receive for payment by T/T ( Bank Transfer ).
We are require 50% deposit or advance payment after you received the Performa invoice or before we start production, and the remaining / balance 50% to be finalized / transferred one day after loading container or after you receive copy Bill of Lading (BL) by e-mail, this means the shipment has done or on board.
After the balance payment has done, please send us the copy transfer ( MT 103 ). As soon as we have we received your balance payment, we will send the original bill of lading and others documents by carrier to your address.
> Order Terms
– Minimum order is FCL ( Full Container Loaded ) – 1 x 20′ ft Container / shipment.
– Minimum order quantity ( MOQ )= 1 pcs
> How to Order
To place an order, please write the code of furniture, name / description, size, finishing color, fabric or leather and quantity for each item. Send the list of order by e-mail, then we will process the Performa invoice and make calculation for the total volume ( container space ).
After the Performa invoice have been approved, we are require 50% deposit or advance payment by transfer before we start production. The remaining / balance 50% to be finalized / transferred 1 days after loading container or after you receive copy / draft Bill of Lading (BL) by e-mail. After the payment / transfer has done, please send us the copy transfer ( MT 103 ) by e-mail. As soon as we have receive your transfer, we will send original Bill of Lading ( BL ) and others documents by carrier to your address.
> Order Process / Manufacturing Time
Lead times are around 75 days from receipt of deposit. This is an average time taken process, manufacture, finish, wrap and loading container. It can take longer or less time to complete. In the case of bespoke or made to measure item, from final approval of drawings. Some more complex bespoke items may take longer.
– 1 x 20 ft Container = 75 days ( not included with shipping time ).
– 1 x 40 ft Container = 90 days ( not included with shipping time ).
> Wood – Raw Material
Mahogany wood ( mainly ), Teak wood, Suar wood, Plywood, MDF.
> Finishing System
Finishing system mostly use is NC/Spray and hand stain system, with some color choices: stain color, paint color, gold and silver leaf. Some antique effect are applied to make antique for the future.
> Finishing Color
– Stain Color : Pecan, Walnut, Tea Brown, Red Mahogany, Dark Mahogany, etc
– Paint Color : White, Cream, Black, etc
– Silver and Gold Leaf
> Packaging System
The finished furniture will be packed with foam sheet and single face / wrapping paper and then put label for each items.
> Shipment
– Port of Loading is Alexandria- Egypt
– Shipping ( OCEAN FREIGHT ) is not included in the price, it will become responsibility of buyer. All order sent freight collect.
– You may nominate the freight forwarder and shipping line, or we will assist you to find one that suits you best and arrange the shipment.
– All container are fumigated as required by international law for which the company accept no responsibilities nor liabilities.
– Insurance on container is solely the responsibility of customers.
Delivery time : Normally, we deliver the container or goods arrive at the destination port between 25 – 35 days, starting from port of loading / Alexandria port – Egypt. The time must be on time schedule and depend on the location.
> Complain
If that happen, we must get the proved about that complain like photo. Please put picture / photo to the broken part. We will check and investigate the problem. We know whether that broken because from the raw material is not good or your employment negligence when they take it from the containers. If the causes from the furniture we will replace the furniture for you, and send to the next containers or next shipment ( next order ).
